Job description

Badger State Staffing is seeking operators for full-time opportunities based in Neenah. The ideal candidate will have recent warehouse experience, including proficiency with calipers and the ability to handle physically demanding, repetitive tasks. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Duties:
  • Make boxes/crates using a stapler and/or nail gun
  • Package merchandise in boxes/crates according to appropriate counts
  • Tape/band boxes and apply necessary labels
  • Collect and measure samples using caliper
  • Machine Configuration (set up, tear down, and cleaning of die and other precision parts)
  • Ensure machine hopper is full of raw material; notify shift supervisor when product is low
  • Measure and mix colorant into raw material to ensure maintains appropriate color for project
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 2:50 PM to 11:00 PM.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift (up to 50 lbs.), push, pull, and move items on a repetitive basis
  • Ability to visually verify parts for quality due to color and set specifications
  • Manufacturing experience within the past five years
  • Ability to operate a variety of machinery, small hand tools and precision measuring device
