M&J Engineering is a leader in construction management and inspection, ITS, mechanical, electrical, wastewater, water supply, tunnel airport, port, marine/coastal, environmental engineering, and design-build services for both new infrastructure projects and renovations.

The Market Analyst / Contract Administrator supports WMATA’s procurement and outreach functions through market research, contract administration, and vendor engagement. This dual-role position is critical to ensuring informed decision-making, robust market participation, and full contract compliance across capital projects and operational procurements. The ideal candidate will blend analytical capabilities with administrative precision and a strong understanding of public procurement practices and market trends.


  • Conduct market analysis and vendor profiling.
