Job Description:

  • Friendly, hospitable personality; able to work well with others in a team effort
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Able to communicate with clarity and confidence to each guest
  • Well-groomed appearance (clean and pressed uniform, good personal hygiene)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • General food knowledge enabling the staff to communicate the ingredients in a dish
  • Basic knowledge of food allergens and food safety
  • Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Basic catering and buffet line management knowledge
  • Strong physical stamina, lifting and carrying 30 lbs. or more and standing for periods of time
  • Must be able to carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Successful Candidates will be required to submit a copy of Valid Food Handlers Card.
  • Clean driving record is preferred
