Job description

Step into a vital respiratory care position dedicated to making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. We are seeking a skilled professional with a background as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist for an upcoming contract role beginning July 20th.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Proven experience in acute and critical care settings
  • Strong knowledge of respiratory equipment, techniques, and best practices
  • Ability to quickly assess respiratory needs and execute appropriate interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient-focused approach
  • Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Assess, monitor, and provide treatment for patients with respiratory disorders or compromised pulmonary function
  • Administer various therapies, including oxygen, breathing treatments, and mechanical ventilation support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans
