As a Specialist, Contracts and Procurement Management on the Contracts Operations team, you will be responsible for:

- Using contract management systems, automation tools, reporting platforms, dashboards, trackers, and reports to maintain data integrity, monitor contract performance, and support operational efficiency
- Leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), analytics tools, and data insights to support contract review, risk identification, compliance monitoring, decision-making, and process improvement
- Partnering with legal, finance, project teams, and other stakeholders to resolve contract issues, mitigate risk, support audits and compliance reviews, and provide coaching, training, and guidance to junior analysts and team members

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in complex contract administration
- Experience supporting contract lifecycle activities, including negotiation, administration, and closeout
- Experience with contract management systems and data reporting tools
- Familiarity with AI, automation, analytics, or process improvement initiatives
- Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Certification in contract management, procurement, analytics, or a related field
- Experience developing dashboards and automated reporting solutions

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $110,500.
