Work Environment

In this remote position, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work from anywhere, provided you have reliable internet access. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments with clients to understand their unique mental health needs and objectives.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to address their specific challenges and goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring your approach to suit varying client needs and presenting issues.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Offer follow-up support and adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
  • Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to share insights, strategies, and foster collaborative treatment efforts.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Medallion Mental Wellness Center, you will support a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and couples. You will empower them to navigate through challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions, among other mental health concerns. Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits

We ensure our therapists experience zero overhead costs; you will never be responsible for fees associated with your practice. Additionally, we provide consistent client referrals, enabling you to establish a full clinical caseload within the first 30 days.
