Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by a recognized state board; limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• The ability to make informed, professional evaluations concerning treatment planning and implementation.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a compassionate disposition that promotes trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong computer literacy skills, comfortable navigating online platforms to facilitate therapy and maintain client records.

Preferred Experience

While two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional years of practice in individual therapy, particularly in a remote setting, will have a strong advantage. Experience with solution-focused therapy approaches will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, with earnings between $80,000 and $100,000 per year based on hours worked, in addition to a signing bonus for new hires. Other benefits include:
