Job description

We are looking for candidates specifically with experience in Washington State.  

Dolman Law Group's Injury Litigation Center is hiring a Personal Injury Paralegal with significant Washington State experience to support a growing caseload of single-event motor vehicle accident (MVA) matters. This is a fully remote, full-time role.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of personal injury paralegal experience with direct exposure to Washington courts, procedures, and deadlines, and is comfortable independently managing a case load from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Handle single-event MVA cases through pre-litigation and litigation phases
  • Conduct case development, discovery, and document management
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery responses in compliance with Washington court rules
  • Calendar deadlines and ensure compliance with Washington-specific procedural requirements and statutes of limitations
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
  • Request and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate, organized case files within the firm's case management system

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of personal injury paralegal experience
  • Direct experience handling matters in Washington State
  • Working knowledge of Washington court systems, filing procedures, and litigation timelines
  • Ability to independently manage a case load with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with legal case management software, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Reliable home office setup and high-speed internet

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high-volume MVA dockets
  • Familiarity with Washington PIP and UM/UIM insurance practices
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent education
