Role Description This is a remote Travel Customer Service role. The Travel Customer Service Representative will work directly with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets, and then design customized itineraries that may include flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other activities. Day-to-day tasks include researching destinations, pricing, and availability; preparing and presenting travel options; and creating accurate travel proposals and confirmations. The role also involves managing bookings and reservations, processing payments, and monitoring itinerary changes such as schedule updates or cancellations. The Travel Customer Service Representative will provide ongoing customer support before, during, and after travel, handle inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, and maintain detailed records in booking and CRM systems. The position requires staying informed about travel advisories, supplier policies, and loyalty programs to guide clients effectively and responsibly. Travel training will be provided.
