Job description

  • In this role, you will educate clients on CPAP therapy and ensure proper fitting of CPAP equipment
  • Collaborate with the Territory Manager and Customer Service team to meet store sales and margin targets
  • Further, you will work with Sleep Labs to ensure client therapy needs are met and government billing forms are completed and submitted on time
  • Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, tracking order status or product shipments, and resolving issues
  • You shall stock shelves and set up in-store promotional materials
  • Engage with vendors to help educate all staff on CPAP therapy products
  • You will be accountable for providing complete and accurate account setup and pricing data, maintaining the ongoing accuracy of customer information
  • Collect payments to ensure customer accounts remain current
