Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions to guide clients in processing their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional states, utilizing diagnostic tools, interviews, and relevant instruments to inform treatment planning.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, incorporating short-term and long-term goals that address specific issues and promote positive outcomes.
  • Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies to ensure safety and stability.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, actively empowering them to engage in their own recovery processes.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of mental health professionals, social workers, and psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive care delivery that addresses all aspects of clients' well-being.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits
