Together & Strong Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to enrich our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, families, and group therapy.
  • Ongoing monitoring of client progress, with regular reassessments and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing immediate emotional challenges or requiring urgent support.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients' families and connect them with community services and resources.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of all services delivered, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate actively in quality assurance activities, clinical meetings, and training sessions to continuously enhance professional skills.
  • Provide consultation and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current and unrestricted Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficient in managing a diverse caseload, prioritizing and executing multiple tasks effectively while maintaining professionalism.
  • A strong ethical framework and commitment to upholding the highest standards of clinical practice and client confidentiality.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in the field of mental health or related areas.
  • Experience in a community health setting, specifically working with clients facing socio-economic challenges.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to support remote therapy services.
Compensation and Benefits
