The Great Escape Psychotherapy Center is searching for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on these assessments.
  • Provide evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on behavioral health and emotional well-being.
  • Document all client interactions, treatments, and progress meticulously in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and address comorbid conditions effectively.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of client information, adhering to ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations to build trust and protect client privacy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will encompass a wide array of clientsโ€”ranging from children and adolescents to adults confronting anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
  • Currently licensed as a Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado.
  • A minimum of two years of experience providing individual and group therapy, demonstrating your capacity to engage clients meaningfully.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to empathize and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within a community health framework or with underserved populations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic modalities is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care practices.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
