The Great Escape Psychotherapy Center is searching for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. This role is fully remote, providing the flexibility to balance work-life demands while still being a therapeutic lifeline for our clients. Our community health clinic specializes in delivering mental health services to individuals from varying backgrounds, including those facing economic hardships, trauma, or mental health disorders. You'll engage through secure digital platforms that facilitate private sessions and maintain high standards for patient confidentiality and data protection.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on these assessments.
• Provide evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on behavioral health and emotional well-being.
• Document all client interactions, treatments, and progress meticulously in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and address comorbid conditions effectively.
• Maintain the confidentiality of client information, adhering to ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations to build trust and protect client privacy.

Your caseload will encompass a wide array of clients—ranging from children and adolescents to adults confronting anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Each day will bring the opportunity to make a profound impact while working with clients who are often in vulnerable situations, emphasizing your role in strengthening their paths toward recovery.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Currently licensed as a Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing individual and group therapy, demonstrating your capacity to engage clients meaningfully.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to empathize and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience working within a community health framework or with underserved populations is a plus.
• Familiarity with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic modalities is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care practices.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
