Chenega Enterprise Systems and Solutions LLC., a Chenega Professional Services' company, is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to support the delivery and execution of a federally funded administrative and analytical services contract. The Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) is responsible for overseeing and managing the Quality Control Plan (QCP), ensuring all deliverables meet contract quality standards and performance thresholds.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee development and execution of the Quality Control Plan (QCP)
  • Monitor contractor performance against quality standards
  • Track and analyze quality metrics and performance trends
  • Identify risks and recommend corrective actions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with PM and DPM to address deficiencies
  • Prepare quality performance reports and summaries
  • Ensure compliance with QA requirements and surveillance methods
  • Support deficiency identification and correction processes
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree OR three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Experience in quality management or quality assurance programs
  • Experience implementing Quality Control Plans (QCPs)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting government contracts
  • Experience with QA metrics tracking and reporting systems

  • Trend identification and risk mitigation
  • Attention to detail and compliance oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to lead quality improvement initiatives
