What You’ll Be Doing
Provide direct nursing care in a behavioral health crisis and stabilization environment
Complete assessments, medication administration, and clinical documentation
Support patients experiencing psychiatric crises, substance use disorders, withdrawal, and detox symptoms
Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately during high-acuity situations
Collaborate closely with therapists, providers, case managers, behavioral health techs, and support staff
Help maintain a safe, therapeutic, recovery-focused environment for patients and staff
Ideal Background
Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)
Comfortable working 12-hour day or night shifts
Experience or interest in behavioral health, psych, ER, detox, corrections, substance abuse, or acute care environments
Strong communication skills and ability to remain composed in crisis situations
New grads with strong interest in behavioral health are encouraged to apply
