This is a hands-on, high-impact environment where nurses are deeply involved in patient care, de-escalation, collaboration, and helping individuals regain stability.

  • Long-term growth opportunities within behavioral health leadership and specialty programs

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide direct nursing care in a behavioral health crisis and stabilization environment

  • Complete assessments, medication administration, and clinical documentation

  • Support patients experiencing psychiatric crises, substance use disorders, withdrawal, and detox symptoms

  • Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately during high-acuity situations

  • Collaborate closely with therapists, providers, case managers, behavioral health techs, and support staff

  • Help maintain a safe, therapeutic, recovery-focused environment for patients and staff

Ideal Background

  • Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)

  • Comfortable working 12-hour day or night shifts

  • Experience or interest in behavioral health, psych, ER, detox, corrections, substance abuse, or acute care environments

  • Strong communication skills and ability to remain composed in crisis situations

  • New grads with strong interest in behavioral health are encouraged to apply

  • No rotating schedules

  • 401(k) with immediate vesting and employer match

  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance

  • Tuition reimbursement & career advancement opportunities

  • PSLF-eligible employer

  • HSA/FSA options, wellness programs, and pet insurance

  • PTO cash-out options after one year
