Commercial Property Manager
Denver Metro & Front Range, CO
We’re seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties. If you’re organized, relationship-driven, and skilled in property operations, this is a great opportunity to grow with a respected company.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee operations, financials, and tenant relations across multiple commercial properties
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Develop operating budgets, prepare CAM reconciliations, and deliver financial reports
  • Lease Administration: Manage commercial, retail, and industrial leases including renewals and compliance
  • Tenant & Owner Relations: Serve as the primary contact for tenants and property owners, fostering strong partnerships
  • Vendor & CapEx Oversight: Manage service contracts, vendors, and lead capital improvement projects
  • Maintenance & Inspections: Conduct property inspections, coordinate preventative maintenance, and respond to emergencies
  • Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve property performance and maximize owner returns
  • Emergency Response: Available for after-hours calls and urgent issues

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3+ years of commercial property management experience
  • Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and CAM reconciliation experience
  • Commercial lease administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Skyline experience preferred
  • Active real estate license or ability to obtain one within 3–6 months
  • Reliable vehicle required; emergency availability necessary
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, CPM/RPA designation, knowledge of building systems
