Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager III with nuclear industry experience to lead and manage complex projects for Southern Company Nuclear. This senior-level role will provide strategic direction, project leadership, stakeholder management, and mentorship to multidisciplinary project teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project risk-management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, schedule, budget, risks, and performance.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide executive-level status reports.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure projects align with organizational objectives.
  • Apply advanced project management methodologies and continuous-improvement practices.
  • Lead and mentor project teams while promoting project-management best practices.
