Job Description C# Server-Side Developer (Middle Office Engineering) Location: Greenwich, CT (Hybrid - 2-3 Days Onsite Per Week) Duration: 12-Month Contract Position Overview We are seeking an experienced C# Server-Side Developer to join a Middle Office Engineering team supporting the development of mission-critical business applications. This role is ideal for a software engineer with a strong background in back-end development who enjoys building scalable, high-performance applications in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing server-side applications using C#, strong SQL skills, and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.

This position offers the opportunity to work on business-critical systems while collaborating with a highly technical engineering team. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and services using C#. Build and support mission-critical business applications.

Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional team members throughout the software development lifecycle. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues.

Work with SQL databases to support application functionality and performance. Utilize messaging technologies (MQ) as part of distributed application architectures. Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.

Manage source code using Git or other version control systems. Work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

7+ years of experience developing server-side/back-end applications using C#. Experience with AWS or other cloud providers is a plus Strong experience with SQL databases. Experience working with messaging technologies (MQ).

Outstanding coding, debugging, and analytical skills. Experience using source/version control systems such as Git. Familiarity with software development best practices.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
