  • Perform initial contract reviews to identify deviations from standard terms, playbook guidelines, and organizational risk thresholds.
  • Evaluate and flag contractual risks related to indemnity, liability, termination, insurance, data protection, pricing, and other key provisions; escalate non-standard or high-risk matters to Legal, Procurement, or leadership as needed.
  • Prepare contract clarifications, addenda, and revisions to ensure alignment with business, product, service, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate contract redlining and negotiation activities, acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Business teams) and external suppliers.
  • Track negotiation progress, comments, approvals, and revisions to support efficient contract execution.
  • Provide regular contract status updates to management and key stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Support Procurement and Purchasing teams with supplier coordination, contract templates, standard terms and conditions, and contracting processes.
  • Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, renewal, and termination.
  • Maintain accurate and organized contract records, ensuring proper version control, data integrity, archiving, and access management within the CLM system.
  • Monitor and report on key contract milestones, including expiration dates, renewal deadlines, auto-renewal clauses, and notice requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal contracting policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
