Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled UI Production Designer to join our growing design team. This role is focused on precision, execution, and maintaining design quality throughout the development process. You will work closely with senior designers, developers, and QA to ensure seamless handoffs and uphold design standards across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain clean, well-structured Figma files for development handoff.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect execution and design hygiene across all deliverables.
  • Manage documentation for accessibility, developer handoff, and design system updates.
  • Collaborate with Dev and QA teams, assisting with basic testing and validation.
  • Support design system maintenance and updates for web and app platforms.
  • Participate in later stages of the design process, from pre-finalization through development.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Expert-level Figma proficiency with a strong portfolio showcasing visual design excellence and organizational rigor.
  • Solid experience of design systems and component-based workflows.
  • Experience as a Lead UI Production Designer – Figma SME – with telecom would be a great plus
  • Expertise creating and maintaining documentation for accessibility and handoff.
  • Strong visual design sense—beyond basic Material Design—with demonstrated taste and craft.
  • Experience with prototyping and cross-platform design (web and mobile).
