Job Details:

Job Title: Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse

Location: Jackson, TN

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 1933.96 - 2030.66

Schedule: 18:45 - 07:15

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: Must have AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification. Must have TN or compact license. Epic experience within the last 12 months required. 1 year of MS/Tele experience required. Travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to neuro/telemetry patients on a dedicated floor.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, neurological status, and respond to changes.
  • Float to other MS/Tele units or ICU as needed, ensuring smooth patient care.
  • Document patient information accurately using Epic, with recent experience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
