Job description

PRN RN or LPN Charge Nurse

PRN requirement:  4 shifts a month

HIGHLY COMPETITIVE WAGES

The Charge Nurse provides long-term-care & support services for the residents living at the ULC and Park Place Assisted Living. The licensed Charge Nurse has knowledge of and utilizes appropriate resident care planned protocols for the medical, social, spiritual, physical, nutritional & psychological prerequisites.

The Charge Nurse leads NA/C.N.As, Lead C.N.A.s, Resident Care Staff & UMAs to assure quality compassionate care & services. The Charge Nurse assumes general resident care, safety & services.

Required Skills: Must be a licensed nurse in the State of South Dakota. Current CPR Certification is required within 4 months of hire.

Special Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.  Must have covid vaccine or exemption.
