The Power Platform Lead / Senior Developer is responsible for designing, building, and leading the delivery of enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role combines hands‑on development expertise with technical leadership, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and aligned with architectural and governance standards.

Translate functional and technical requirements into high‑quality applications and automations Design data models, business logic, validation rules, and integrations Implement and manage solution components, managed solutions, and ALM pipelines Integrate Power Platform solutions with M365, Azure services, APIs, and external systems Enforce coding standards, performance best practices, and security controls Perform design reviews, code reviews, and mentor junior developers Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize performance Support solution deployment, environment management, and production issues Required Skills & Experience
