Senior Microsoft AI Engineer / Senior Engineer

Location: New York

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft AI Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, AI Builder, Copilot, Dynamics 365, and Azure AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions for business automation, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.

This role requires hands-on experience with LLM-based AI systems, conversational AI, machine learning-driven automation, and scalable production-ready solutions. The candidate should also have experience integrating Copilot Studio with enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI models and solutions using Microsoft technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and design effective AI-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure utilizing Azure AI Services, AI Builder, Copilot, and Dynamics 365.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, and related Azure AI tools.
  • Integrate Copilot Studio with enterprise applications, databases, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
  • Evaluate and implement AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and orchestration frameworks.
  • Optimize AI algorithms and solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and performance tuning of AI solutions.
  • Document technical designs, AI solutions, and implementation approaches.
  • Communicate technical concepts and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to AI platform improvements, including model fine-tuning and custom machine learning model development.

  • Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics
  • Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Copilot, Plugins, and related architecture and design practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems.

Azure & Development

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps for CI/CD implementation.
  • Development experience using C#/.NET.
