Job description

Required Qualifications

  • Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
  • Strong understanding of GitHub administration, repository management, branching strategies, and pull request workflows.
  • Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker.
  • Experience supporting Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms.
  • Experience deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or similar technologies.
  • Experience integrating security tooling and SAST solutions into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting, automation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and collaborate across technical teams.

We are seeking a hands-on DevOps / Platform Engineer to design, build, and continuously improve our CI/CD ecosystem using GitHub and GitHub Actions. This role will enable reliable deployments of custom application services across both on-premises and cloud environments, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate will lead the evolution of our delivery pipelines, repository standards, branching and approval workflows, security scanning practices, and QA/testing environments. This individual will also serve as a mentor and coach, helping engineering teams adopt DevOps best practices and making CI/CD a shared organizational capability rather than a siloed function.
