Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Director - Centralized BI & Stores Intelligence Product Management to lead client's enterprise Business Intelligence and Stores Intelligence product portfolios. This executive-level product leader will define and execute the roadmap for next-generation BI capabilities, including AI-powered reporting, conversational analytics, self-service data products, and agentic AI solutions built on Vertex AI/Gemini. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise BI platforms, AI-enabled analytics, product strategy, and executive stakeholder management while leading globally distributed product teams through large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Centralized BI and Stores Intelligence platforms across the enterprise.
  • Lead the development of AI-powered analytics capabilities including Natural Language Query (NLQ), automated insights, narrative generation, anomaly detection, and agentic BI workflows.
  • Partner with Vertex AI/Gemini platform teams to build secure, scalable, AI-enabled analytics products.
  • Drive enterprise reporting modernization by consolidating legacy reporting solutions into a centralized BI platform.
  • Lead globally distributed Product Management teams across the US and offshore delivery centers.
  • Collaborate with Customer, Product, Enterprise, and Store leadership to define priorities and deliver business value.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable product roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Drive adoption of self-service analytics and modern BI capabilities across enterprise stakeholders.
  • Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and business outcomes to executive leadership.
  • Foster product excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across analytics platforms.
Must-have Skills:
  • 12+ years of technology experience with 7+ years leading Enterprise BI, Analytics Platforms, or Data Products.
  • Proven Product Management leadership experience for enterprise-scale BI and analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and modern cloud data platforms (GCP/Vertex AI preferred).
  • Strong understanding of AI/LLM technologies including RAG, Agentic AI, Conversational Analytics, and Natural Language Query (NLQ).
  • Experience building AI-augmented reporting, self-service analytics, and enterprise data products.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management experience, including SVP/C-level leadership.
  • Experience leading distributed, cross-functional Product Management organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Experience driving enterprise transformation and large-scale analytics modernization initiatives.
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience with Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery, Looker, or GCP ecosystem.
  • Retail, eCommerce, or Consumer Products industry experience.
  • Experience leading enterprise AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of modern Data & AI architectures, data governance, and analytics platforms.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
