Our client, a premier food manufacturer is seeking a PLC Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a team that is developing groundbreaking products to support healthier living!
Schedule: 2nd shift (M-F 2:30p-11p) OT as needed
Job Type: Contract-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and prioritize problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust machinery.
  • Development, integration, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment control systems, interfaces, and networks.
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network problems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical power and PLC controls to support plant operations.
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with Corporate Engineering to build and evolve current systems architecture.
  • Following GMP and plant policies.

Education/Experience:
  • B.S. in Software or Electrical Engineering OR Associates degree in the same field with related experience
  • Prior experience with industrial controls is preferred
  • Experience with food processing and packaging equipment preferred.
  • Experience with troubleshooting PLC Machinery, Conveyors, Hydraulic systems, Or Pneumatics.
