You'll Be Responsible For :

  • Develops detailed plans taking full cognisance of logistics/site/project constraints

  • Interfaces with Project Team, contributing to the production of the weekly progress report to the project team and understand functional obligations under form of contract.

  • Reviews and captures productivity to measure progress.

  • Communicates effectively with the client , project team and stakeholders. 

  • Incorporates sustainable design and procurement process within integrated programmes.

  • Ensures health and safety through programme integration. 

  • Establishes and oversees project work plan and deadlines.

  • Undertakes tasks required to full fill the requirements of the project/assignment.

  • Responsible for coordinating activities for team.  

  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll need to have : 

  • Proven experience managing small to medium-sized projects from planning through delivery.

  • Demonstrated experience in project planning, scheduling, and programme management within the built environment and construction

  • Understanding of various procurement routes, contract types, and forms of construction contracts.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate programme objectives, risks, milestones, and key project drivers.

  • Experience monitoring project progress, analysing performance metrics, and reporting on programme outcomes.

  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sustainability principles within project delivery environments.

  • Relevant academic or professional qualifications aligned with local market and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
