About Pilates Addiction
Pilates Addiction is a results-driven boutique fitness brand offering a transformative movement experience on the Aurum — our proprietary, multi-functional Pilates apparatus found only in Pilates Addiction studios.
We're building our founding Educator team in Bridgewater and looking for passionate, energetic instructors who love movement, connecting with people, and creating an exceptional class experience.
The Role
As a Pilates Addiction Educator, you'll lead safe, motivating classes on the Aurum using clear cueing, intentional programming, and appropriate modifications. Most importantly, you'll help create an inclusive, high-energy environment where clients feel known, supported, and excited to return.
What You'll Do
·        Deliver high-quality group classes following Pilates Addiction training, programming, and safety standards.
·        Provide clear, motivational cueing and appropriate modifications and progressions.
·        Build genuine relationships with clients and create an inclusive, welcoming class environment.
·        Participate in required PA training, continuing education, coaching, and team meetings.
·        Contribute to a positive, collaborative founding-team culture.
·        Be reliable, prepared, professional, and open to coaching and feedback.
·        Help prepare and reset the studio and equipment before and after classes.

What We're Looking For
·        Experience teaching Pilates, group fitness, dance, yoga, barre, strength, or other movement-based classes.
·        Willingness to complete the Pilates Addiction Educator Training Program.
·        Understanding of anatomy, movement mechanics, and safe exercise principles.
·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·        Positive, energetic, reliable, and team-oriented personality.
·        Passion for helping people become stronger and more confident.
·        Coachability and willingness to learn the Pilates Addiction method.
·        Ability to commit to a consistent teaching schedule.
·        Ability to safely demonstrate movements, adjust equipment, and perform the physical requirements of teaching.
