Job description

RNs need to have a mandatory competency with phlebotomy as well as placing IVs as this is a required skill for any RN at Unity.
Position / Specialty: MS/Tele RN
Day/Eve ratios are 5 to 1 (stretch 6-7). Night ratios are expected to be 6-7 to 1 (stretch 8 -10 if staff calls in)
โ€ข We have PCT's on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG's and any sort of activity of daily living
Years of experience REQ: 1
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes

Certs REQ: BLS

Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Yes

Special Requirements: MS/Tele, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, IV insulin protocols, Feeding tube care and management, Blood Product Administration, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, PCA, Ortho trauma, Total Joint Replacements, Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Tracheostomy Management, Wound Care/Wound Vac
