Job Title: Stockroom Operations / Material Handling
Location: Haltom City TX 76137
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Max Pay: $19.41/hr 

Position comments:
1st Shift: 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday

Job Description :
As a Material Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of materials from receipt into the warehouse, kitting onto kit carts, and movement of the material to operations for assembly.
Your expertise will be crucial in setting up, packing, and transporting these materials with precision and care.
 
What You Will Do:
• Perform functions in receiving customer product, reviewing POs and documents, and creating service notifications.
• Perform packing and preparing documents such as commercial and military pack slips, bill of landing and any other shipping document required, while following export control guidelines.
• Prepare items for shipping or delivery according to customer specifications.
• Receive and open customer product
• Checks receipts against purchases order for proper shipment, shortages, damages or defects.
• Operate crane, hoist or power truck to move materials.
• Assembles orders, checks against shipping or customers order and reports shortages and incomplete orders.
• Stacks shipment on skids and takes shipment to shipping dock.
• Receives and unpacks materials and supplies.
• Keeps equipment and surrounding areas neat and clean.
• Operate crane, hoist or power truck to move materials.
• Must be able to work AOG duties according to business needs.
 
Required Skill Set :  
 Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• SAP experience
• Warehouse, stockroom and or shipping experience.
                                     
Education Qualification :
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
