Position Summary:

EEC Solutions is seeking a qualified and experienced Lead Non-Clinical Case Manager to support contract operations and provide case management services in a federal healthcare environment. This role serves as both a working Case Manager and the designated Contract Manager responsible for overseeing daily contract operations, ensuring compliance, and serving as the primary liaison with government representatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of military medical readiness systems, and the ability to supervise and support case management personnel while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

  • Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Lead NonClinical Case Manager and Contract Manager for the assigned contract.
  • Provide direct nonclinical case management support and coordination services.
  • Oversee daily contract operations and ensure contract performance requirements are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) regarding operational matters and technical guidance.
  • Ensure contractor staff comply with all contractual requirements and operate within the approved scope of work.
  • Supervise and support case management personnel to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication with government stakeholders and internal leadership.
  • Assist with problem resolution, workflow coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure staff maintain required access credentials, certifications, and compliance standards.
  • Support reporting, documentation, and administrative requirements related to contract performance.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree required.
  • Current Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential or equivalent certification required.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of professional nursing experience.
  • At least two (2) years of supervisory or team lead experience in a clinical or case management environment.
  • Recent experience within the past five (5) years using Army medical readiness systems, including: MEDCHART, MHS GENESIS
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be capable of successfully passing a Tier 1 background investigation (NACI) to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and required network access.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of or experience with Air Force terminology and healthcare systems.
  • Previous experience supporting federal or military healthcare contracts.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare environments.
