Job Description About MP Nexlevel MP Nexlevel is a leading low-voltage infrastructure integrator specializing in data center environments. We deliver scalable, high-quality network and structured cabling solutions that power mission-critical operations. As we expand into new data center builds, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Office Administrator to support both day-to-day office operations and front-end project development. The Project Administrative Assistant supports daily operations for a large‑scale data center construction project. This role works closely with the Project Coordinator and site leadership to keep documentation, communication, and workflow running smoothly in a fast‑paced, high‑security environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This role plays a dual role supporting general office operations while contributing to the planning and execution of a new data center project. This individual will help ensure smooth internal processes, coordinate administrative functions, and assist in documenting and standardizing procedures critical to project success. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building structure, and is comfortable working across both administrative and project-focused responsibilities.
