Job description

Job Title: Data Entry
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402
Duration: Contract
Hybrid: Hybrid - onsite days to be determined with Manager; training will be full-time onsite for the first 2-4 weeks. After training, mandatory 3 days onsite, Tuesday-Thursday.
Shift: Hybrid schedule; onsite Tuesday-Thursday after training.
Parking: Nearby parking is paid for by the contractor. Public transportation is available.
This role involves high-volume data entry with a large number of requests per month. Responsibilities include inputting and validating data and uploading files. Candidates will independently process assigned work and complete daily queues.
The team is not client-facing and provides back-office support. Work is primarily data entry through manual keying or uploading Excel files into a processing tool.

Job Description
This position is responsible for working with various areas within the company to successfully implement products and services for customers. Acts as the primary internal contact. Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers and/or legal staff where applicable.
