• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations on clients to identify mental health challenges and craft effective treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Deliver personalized individual therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to foster client empowerment and recovery.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, ensuring to track and measure progress regularly to adapt treatment as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy options to accommodate clients’ needs, ensuring accessibility for those with transportation or mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and ethical documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to state regulations and practice standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training in specialty areas such as trauma-informed care and addiction treatment, to enhance clinical skills.

Our patient population includes a diverse range of clients encountering trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a safe and trusting relationship with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental approach to clients’ experiences.
• Proficient organizational and time management capabilities to handle caseloads efficiently while maintaining high-quality care.

• Experience in areas such as addiction, trauma recovery, and facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance documentation and streamline workflow in therapy practice.
• Background in community mental health settings will be advantageous, enabling you to understand diverse client backgrounds.
