We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Contract Billing Specialist to support contract billing operations across North America. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating contract billing records while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and supporting the successful execution of customer agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and update contract billing records for North American customers.
  • Review and monitor contract compliance, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and compliance requirements.
  • Request, evaluate, and approve amendments to contract terms and contract extensions as appropriate.
  • Assist in the preparation of bids and Requests for Proposal (RFPs), including specifications, requirements, and supporting documentation.
  • Partner with the Contract Administration team to ensure accurate and timely updates of billing documents within SAP.
  • Support the purchase, sale, and delivery of equipment, materials, products, and services in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies while maintaining accurate contract records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient contract execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in contract administration, contract billing, customer service, or a related business function.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret contractual language and assess compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
