  • 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Occasional Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Position Overview

The Medical Assistant / Clinical Support Specialist will provide day-to-day support in a busy healthcare environment, helping ensure patients receive a smooth and positive experience throughout their visit.

The role will primarily focus on rooming patients, returning patient phone calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting overall clinical office operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room patients and prepare them for provider visits.

  • Obtain and document basic patient information as required.

  • Return patient phone calls promptly and professionally.

  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.

  • Communicate with patients regarding appointments and routine office needs.

  • Support providers and clinical staff with day-to-day patient-care operations.

  • Maintain accurate patient information and documentation.

  • Help keep clinical and patient-care areas organized and prepared for daily operations.

  • Work collaboratively with providers, clinical staff, and administrative team members.

  • Adapt to changing priorities and patient volumes throughout the day.

  • Provide professional, compassionate, and patient-focused service.

  • Perform other clinical or administrative support duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Previous medical office experience preferred.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.

  • Medical Assistant certification preferred, but not required.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.30 per hour
