Fox Cities Builders is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with Sales, Project Management, subcontractors, and field teams to develop accurate project estimates, budgets, contracts, and material takeoffs that help bring agricultural and commercial construction projects to life.


What You'll Do:

  • Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
  • Prepare accurate estimates, budgets, and material takeoffs
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers during bidding
  • Create and review contracts and project documentation
  • Support project handoffs from sales through construction
  • Assist with change orders, material revisions, and project budgets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success
