Job Summary
Promptly greet and provide an exceptional guest experience and hospitality at the assigned service location, Hours vary by rotating on-course locations and business levels.
Requirements
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Minimum 1 year of food and beverage experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with cash handling and Point of Sale System
  • Basic understanding of liquor and beer
  • Required to stand for long periods of time
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds
  • General math, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Must be able to bend, squat, lift and raise as needed
  • Must complete the Responsible Beverage Service Training Course
  • Ability to obtain a bartender operating license
  • Ability to communicate with guests and employees with a positive attitude

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Check tee sheets and daily events Google Docs for direction and guest payment details
  • Consult check lists to ensure all service areas opening and closing procedures are properly completed
  • Ensure your location is cleaned, stocked and ready for service
  • Be knowledgeable of potential food allergens or food sensitivity concerns in available products/menu items. Communicate any guest allergies/needs effectively with all F&B team members as needed.
  • Accurately prepare mixed drinks for guests while adhering to portion control standards put in place by management
  • Ensure guests receive food and beverage in a timely manner
  • Handle all payments accurately
  • Effectively handle guest requests, complaints or problems with a positive attitude
  • Be well-versed and prepared to communicate history, product offerings and services of Erin Hills
  • Follow end of shift checklist to ensure all side work has been completed
  • Ensure all radio communication is respectful, professional and courteous
  • Responsibly check guests' identification to ensure that they meet the minimum age requirements to consume alcoholic beverages and tobacco products
  • Respectfully refuse beverage service to guests whom appear overly intoxicated and inform management immediately
  • Adhere to safety standards and sanitation regulations as provided by Erin Hills and OSHA
  • Follow guidelines and policies set forth by Erin Hills Employee Handbook
  • Work outside in all weather conditions
