About Us

Kitchen Tune-Up Brooklyn North is a premier kitchen remodeling specialist in NYC. We deliver high-quality cabinet refacing, custom cabinetry, countertops, tile, and complete kitchen renovations throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan.
We are growing and seeking an exceptionally organized Project Coordinator to keep our operations running seamlessly from contract signing through final completion.
Note on Work Location: This is an in-person position at our Brooklyn office (Monday–Friday). You will coordinate active projects across both Brooklyn and Manhattan.
About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, proactive problem-solving, and managing fast-moving moving parts. You will act as the operational hub—collaborating daily with our sales team, installers, subcontractors, vendors, and homeowners to ensure every project stays on schedule and every client receives top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities

  • Project Scheduling & Operations:

    • Maintain the master production calendar from contract to final walkthrough.
    • Schedule measurements, material deliveries, installations, and trade partners (plumbers, electricians, painters, tile contractors).
  • Client Experience:

    • Serve as the primary, post-sale point of contact for homeowners.
    • Provide proactive project updates and resolve scheduling issues professionally.
  • Vendor & Supply Chain Management:

    • Place material orders, verify lead times, track shipments, and manage trade schedules.
  • Project Administration & Quality Control:

    • Keep CRM and project software updated daily.
    • Ensure contracts, selections, deposits, permits, and COIs are accurate and complete.
    • Coordinate punch lists, final walkthroughs, warranty items, and client review requests.
Qualifications

Required

  • 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a high-volume operational role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Clear, direct verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and comfort learning new CRM/PM software.
  • Reliable commute to our Brooklyn office daily.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred

  • Experience in residential remodeling, construction, kitchen & bath, or interior design.
