What is the role?
The Contracts and Pricing Coordinator is responsible for contract administration and pricing operations for US & Canada.
What are the key responsibilities?
• Create customer quotes and pricing proposals for all sales functions (Account Managers, RSM, and CAE)
• Generates contract and pricing related reporting for all distributors, as well as manage/analyze inbound data.
• Support sales team with group purchasing organization ("GPO") and integrated delivery network ("IDN") customer reporting as it pertains to contract pricing/quoting and contract activation.
• Has direct oversight for customer contract access validation, GPO membership verification, and contract compliance tracking SOP.
• Maintain GPO/IDN roster audit process
• Assemble and submit monthly or quarterly rebate and administration fee reporting.
• Maintain directory for customer pricing contracts, GPO membership, and IDN agreements.
• Assist customer service with invoice price discrepancy validation and corrective action.
• Manage customer price change notification process.
• Coordinate contract renewal reminders and maintain systems and processes related to such.
• Collaborate with internal commercial teams for RFPs, data collection, and reporting maintenance.
• Ad hoc PowerPoint presentations/reporting for company business leaders and sales teams as requested.
• Ad hoc requests for corporate account executive (CAE) support
• Occasionally communicate directly with GPOs and hospitals for all matters regarding pricing and contracts, with call points including but not limited to: Supply chain agents, Buyers, Strategic Sourcing Clinicians or other administration.
• Duties other than those listed may be assigned.
What education and experience are required?
• Minimum of Associates degree; BA/BS strong plus.
• 1-3 years experience working on contracts for US based healthcare group purchasing organizations required.
• 1-3 experience with a medical device / pharmaceutical manufacturer preferred.

Salary Range for this position is estimated at $80,000-$90,000 and will depend on the candidate's skills, qualification and experience. The role is eligible for a performance-based incentive bonus and comprehensive benefit package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage, 401k Retirement, Enhanced Global Life Insurance, Paid Time Off (15-20 days tenure related), Global EAP Program, Short-Term Disability and FMLA Benefits.
