Essential Job Functions:
  • Willingness and ability to plan and meet performance and production expectations.
  • Perform setups and adjust offsets as needed.
  • Operate various machines and mechanical instruments.
  • Meet quality standards and print tolerances.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Should have experience with G Code/ Fanuc. Programming preferred for senior level operators.
  • A willingness and ability to plan and meet performance expectations in a multi-tasking and team-oriented environment.
  • Reliable, dependable, and dedicated to meeting quality and integrity standards.
  • Driven to solve problems and help others.
  • Good math skills and ability to apply logic and reasoning.
  • Good time management skills.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years prior CNC or machinist experience required for entry level operator.
  • 3-6 year prior CNC or machinist experience required for middle level operator.
  • 6+ years prior CNC or machinist experience required for senior level operator.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to work in noisy environments.
  • Must be able to work in environments exposed to seasonal weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times multiple times a day during shift.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending, kneeling, walking, and lifting sometimes in difficult positions for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to push up to 100 pounds on rollers or wheels.
Pay Range:
  • Staring at $18/ hour
    Employment is contingent upon a successful background check and drug screen.
