Overview
This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Corporate Headquarters location in Lancaster, PA.
The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare, review, and/or process required documents for new consumer and small business loans and modifications. Through loan origination and documentation software, incumbents will review transactions and loan data to determine accuracy of information, ensure regulatory compliance, and to prepare and deliver other documentation as necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Review new loan documentation and data to ensure completeness and accuracy per requirements. Engage lending staff or directly with title companies or dealers to identify any special circumstances and resolve minor documentation concerns, escalating complex issues as required.
  • Ensure closing conditions are satisfied per bank policy and applicable regulations, and ensure all documentation satisfies compliance requirements.
  • Prepare regular reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules as required.

Additional Responsibilities
  • For consumer and small business loans and modifications, determine, prepare, and deliver applicable disclosure documents per applicable regulations.

Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty: not applicable at this level. (Required)
Experience
1 or more years loan documentation and/or processing. (Required)

This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The hourly rate for this position is $18.56 - $29.38.
