Job description

Title- Accounting Assistant
Duration- ​4-month contract to start with
​Hybrid role- 3 days onsite per week
Location- L​os Angeles, CA, 90020
Pay Rate- $28.00/ hr.
 
Summary
  • ​We are seeking a Bilingual Korean Accounting Specialist with 2–3 years of accounting experience and basic Korean language skills. The ideal candidate will have good English communication skills and experience supporting standard Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities. Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
  • 3 days onsite per week.
 
Requirements
  • ​2–3 years of accounting experience.
  • Background in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable.
  • Experience with journal entries and invoice processing.
  • Experience with manual data entry and financial data management.
  • Experience working with an ERP system; SAP experience is preferred.
  • Basic Korean language skills with good English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
