Job description

Content Production Analyst

Location: Onsite in Chicago, IL (must reside within commutable distance)

Comp: $42/hour

Position Type: Contract (12 months)

Overview

We’re partnering with a leading global financial services firm to hire a Content Production Analyst, a high-impact role at the center of content operations and technology, supporting the management, accuracy, and efficiency of content within the Content Management System (CMS).

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership, optimize systems, and collaborate across business and technology teams. The analyst will support publishing operations within a global marketing and sales enablement platform, driving efficient workflows, enhancing user experience, and enabling continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, publish, and maintain marketing content in the Content Management System

  • Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, including intake, publishing, updates, and expiration

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance by reviewing content against governance standards

  • Support and train content creators and end users; troubleshoot platform issues to improve user experience

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation while operating within established frameworks

  • Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to gather requirements and implement solutions

  • Maintain clear documentation for workflows, governance, and procedures

  • Communicate updates, enhancements, and requirements effectively to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (marketing)

  • 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably within Asset Management

  • 3+ years of experience working with Seismic or similar compliance-driven content management platform (HubSpot CMS, Kentico, Box, etc)

  • Background in content production, marketing operations, or related functions

  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements with measurable results

  • Familiarity with structured data formats (e.g., XML, CSV)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • High attention to detail with strong documentation practices

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
