Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Video Content Strategy & Production Manager (Video Producer) to help drive a growing portfolio of recruitment-focused and testimonial-driven content initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller and strategic project manager who thrives on bringing compelling human stories to life through video.

The majority of this role will focus on leading the strategy, planning, and execution of video testimonial stories and career-focused content. Working closely with marketing, content, and creative teams, you'll help shape content concepts, coordinate production workflows, and manage projects from inception through delivery.

This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and executing against a high-volume content pipeline.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the full lifecycle of video production projects, from content planning and pre-production through final delivery
  • Partner with marketing and creative stakeholders to develop video content strategies aligned to business goals
  • Review and organize existing video assets, transcripts, and source materials to identify storytelling opportunities
  • Support the development of recruitment-focused and testimonial-style video content
  • Coordinate production schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
  • Collaborate with creative teams, including editors, writers, and creative leadership, to bring content concepts to life
  • Work with subject matter experts, stakeholders, talent, agencies, and cross-functional partners throughout the production process
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, messaging, voice, and audience objectives
  • Present recommendations and project updates to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
  • Maintain organized documentation, asset management practices, and production workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in video production, content production, marketing communications, or a related field
  • Experience managing video projects from concept through final delivery
  • Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience working within high-volume content environments
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Experience developing content strategies and translating ideas into compelling stories
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience producing testimonial-driven, human-centered storytelling content
  • Experience supporting recruitment marketing, employer branding, or career-focused content initiatives
  • Background in financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries
  • Familiarity with video editing tools and workflows
  • Experience reviewing transcripts and source footage to identify content opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Film, Digital Media, or a related field
Work Environment
  • Hybrid work arrangement strongly preferred
  • Three days per week onsite, with Monday through Wednesday being the typical in-office schedule
  • Candidates located in the Milwaukee area are preferred
  • Standard business hours with flexibility, generally requiring availability during core daytime working hours
