Role Purpose

Serve as the ModelN system owner for Channel Operations. Lead the Model N 2.0 Automation program, driving automation and standardization of channel data management processes across claims, POS, inventory, and pricing.

As the business lead, partner hand-in-hand with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize enhancements by business impact, and deliver scalable, well-tested solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational performance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own Model N 2.0 initiatives across channel design registrations, claims, POS, and inventory - speeding turnaround to distributors, reducing internal workload, and fully utilizing Model N functionality, including:

    • Automating Negative Claims submissions, POS & Inventory processing, price bucket sync, and inventory reconciliation

    • Automating Quoted Inventory Repricing (QIR) and Field Transfer (FTR)between distributors

  • Translate business needs into clear business requirements, functional specifications, and data mapping (tables, fields, joins) that IT can build against, and author and execute test plans to validate delivery

  • Work within an agile delivery model - partnering with IT and cross-functional teams to intake, prioritize, and deliver enhancements iteratively, with disciplined backlog management and regular release cycles

  • Support broader channel data management improvement efforts including partner self-service capabilities, system and integration enhancements, and process redesigns

  • Coordinate across connected enterprise systems (ERP, e-commerce, EDI, and reporting) so channel data flows accurately end to end

  • Establish, own, and report out on a closed-loop process to prioritize, execute, and measure the effectiveness of Model N automation initiatives

Key Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 7+ years in business/systems analysis supporting channel, revenue management, or distribution operations

  • Excellent at writing business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation, and at authoring and executing test plans

  • Strong channel data fluency: pricing, contracts, POS, and inventory reconciliation; understands how channel works end to end, including Ship & Debit

  • Working data-validation proficiency and comfort with data structures and relationships

  • Familiarity with EDI-based channel data exchange and distributor reporting

  • Proven ability to prioritize and sequence work based on business impact and need

  • Track record in process automation and optimization in complex environments

  • Effective communicator and stakeholder manager who partners closely with IT to deliver; comfortable managing multiple parallel requests

  • Experience delivering in an agile environment, including backlog management and regular release cycles

Strongly preferred

  • Hands-on Model N experience (claims, POS, inventory, CDM) - or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on comparable enterprise channel / revenue-management systems

  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data mapping against system structures

  • Semiconductor or high-tech distribution industry background

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, supply chain, or a related field

Level, Location & Work Model

  • Level: P4

  • Education/Experience: Flexible per leveling guidelines

  • Location: Wilmington, MA - Hybrid, 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, plus one flex day)

  • Relocation: Supported
