Our clients are looking for CPR/FA instructors to work directly with support staff that work with students that have special needs.Position SummaryLead engaging, lifesaving certification classes for corporate clients, school districts, and community organizations.Key Responsibilities*Deliver training: Teach American Heart Association (AHA) and Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid courses.*Ensure compliance: Maintain strict adherence to national training center compliance and guidelines. *Follow guidelines: Adhere strictly to curriculum standards (e.g., AHA, ARC, HSI).*Manage equipment: Set up, clean, and maintain training manikins and gear.*Assess skills: Evaluate participant performance fairly and accurately.Qualifications*Active AHA CPR/FA Instructor certification required.*Highly self-motivated with independent time-management skills.*Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel.*Ability to lift 40 lbs of training equipment
