Are you a BI leader who enjoys balancing people leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision? We're looking for an IT Business Intelligence Manager to lead a global analytics team while driving the modernization of an enterprise SAP analytics environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team, stay hands-on with SAP technologies, and influence the future of enterprise reporting and analytics.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a global BI team consisting of 4 direct reports, 3 international team members, and contract resources.
  • Drive the organization's BI and analytics strategy while helping modernize the SAP data landscape.
  • Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical work when needed.
  • Prioritize incoming analytics requests and allocate resources across SAP and non-SAP reporting initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver meaningful dashboards, reporting, and data-driven insights.
  • Champion data governance, reporting standards, and continuous improvement across the BI organization.
  • Help shape the long-term vision for enterprise analytics and guide the team toward that future.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering, including leadership experience.
  • Proven experience managing technical teams while remaining hands-on.
  • Strong background leading BI strategy, roadmap planning, and resource allocation.
  • Experience supporting enterprise reporting across SAP and non-SAP data sources.

Required Technical Skills

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW)
  • SAP Datasphere
  • Experience building dashboards, data models, and enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Knowledge of SAP integrations, SQL, and modern data platforms is a plus.
