Primary Responsibilities:
  • Providetimely grading of assignments and responses to student communications.
  • Giveconstructive feedback on learning activities that promotestudents' mastery of content.
  • Monitorstudent progress in course to encourage appropriate pacing and engagement.
  • Identifystruggling students early and assist with student retentionefforts through an at-riskintervention program.
  • Maintainefficient record keeping procedures in learning management andstudent informationsystems.
  • Activelyparticipate in professional development activities and carry outbest practices for onlineinstructionwith Sevenstar course facilitation model.
  • Collaborate with instructional team to review studentprogress data to promote studentachievement,individualize student learning, and increase course completion rates.

Requirements
